Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected:

• Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-4 business days after dispatch.

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please email us at help@gamedaylegends.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
• If the return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for eligible cases (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Each set includes four slate coasters, each depicting a unique, historic club goal.

Our sets are currently prepackaged by team and include four unique goals from that team. We don’t offer mixed-team sets at this time.

To keep your coasters looking great:

• Wipe them with a damp cloth to clean.
• Avoid submerging them in water for extended periods.
• Handle them carefully to prevent chipping or cracking.

If you’ve received the wrong coasters, please email us at help@gamedaylegends.com.au with a photo of the set you received and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Yes, our slate coasters are durable and can be used for both hot and cold drinks. They also feature a protective backing to prevent surface scratches.

Each coaster is crafted from genuine slate, showcasing its own natural texture and character. Although not common, variations in stone texture and hardness may result in slight differences in engraving clarity.
